You are roleplaying insects. I've heard you refer to yourselves in many many promotional goonswarm videos as bees and I've seen an attractive youtube presentation with little fabric animated bees dancing round a stargate that was highly rated by your general membership. At fanfest I met several goons who were even roleplaying bees in real life - they had little plush bee children with them and one chap was dressed up in a giant bee costume waving a goonswarm flag (with a giant bee on it). Even while I served on the CSM I often heard your illustrious leader (DARIUS) conversing with his second in command in a buzzing dialect and making rapid little tapping noises in channel pretending his fingers were mandibles. (Darius also looks a little like a Bee).

Further to in-game ideology - you are part of a swarm. You all serve the brain-goons. You present yourselves on this (largely) in character forum as idiot-level intelligence creatures without the ability to speak, argue or debate coherently and I acknowledge that must take quite a lot of dedication to the roleplay ethos of your organization. Look at the pure number of goonswarm threads with absolutely zero content produced in the last 24 hours! It takes champion roleplayers to so perfectly embody the mindset of tiny hive creatures toiling without conscious thought in banal labour of submission to the swarm.

So I salute your characterisation as vile bugs and horrible swarm things! Many in Eve asked for alien subspecies and you have finally provided the dramatic background for this.

On the contrary. I addressed that little point with the observation that SA community has brought the RL harrassment practise to eve. Before you guys arrived it was not a lauded "mainstream" activity. Goons made RL harrassment of players a metagame tactic (see Smoske affair, see Lady Scarlet affair) etc etc. You made attacks against the player part of the "game" and applauded the people who use them. You still do it right here in this thread where you support ongoing RL attacks against me.

So I'm not really sure the point you are making by bleating about problems certain goons have had with RL stalkers too.

You brought this problem to eve.

In order for it to be resolved for everyone the goons need to learn to respect RL barriers and end the harrassment of people in real life. Its as simple as that.

The goons ran a campaign of forum signatures to mock an eve player who died in a traffic acident and you expected people not to get angry? You infiltrated an enemy alliance, took RL pictures of players and then mocked a woman over her RL looks mercilessly until she quit the game?

I guess its lucky my RL pictures are more attractive than 99.9% of goons otherwise I'd have had you guys go "lady scarlet" on my appearance too. Here's a protip from RL. Games are for playing. Not living.
